What To Bring:
- Permanent Resident Card (Green Card)
- Driver’s License
- Social Security Card
- All your passports
- Most recent tax return
- Home address for past 5 years
- List of employers for past 5 years
- Proof of public benefits
- Dates outside U.S. and countries visited
- Spouse’s Green Card or passport
- Marriage certificate/divorce decree
- Children’s Green Cards, dates of birth, social security numbers and addresses
Do you qualify?
- 18 years old, or older
- No criminal history
- Read, write, and speak basic English
- Green Card holder for 5 years (or your spouse is a U.S. citizen and you have had a Green Card for 3 years)
